Our products have low smelting point,quick smelting speed,quick becoming slag.It can reduce the dust pollution and replaces CaF2 which is used in traditional metallurgical smelting technology,and keep the slag flow good.It can be easy melting in steel-liquid to get of sulphur and phosporus.It¡¯s useful for improving the quality of the steel and keeping good fluidity of slag.
Using:
For the quantity you add ,you could decide this according to technical specification in the steel production .we suggest to add 5-12kg per mitrc ton steel better(you could add the 1/2 quantity of the material as tapping and the remaining added into refining ladle).It make a gas and impurities in steel liquid to float after steel liquid be stirred in refining ladle and uniformize the temperature and the chemical composition of steel liquid, improving the purity and quality of steel liquid.
