燒結型鋁酸鈣是經鋁礬土與石灰石在回轉窯中燒結而成. 本產品具有熔點低，熔化速度快，成渣快，可減少粉塵污染，代替傳統冶煉工藝中使用的CaF2,能使鋼渣的流動性保持良好，在鋼包中可很快的熔化發揮脫硫作用，有利于提高鋼的質量、保持鋼渣的良好流動性。

使用方法：

　　加入量可根據觀場工藝條件決定。建議5-12Kg/噸鋼選擇為宜（也可分量次加入，出鋼時加入1/2，剩余在精煉爐補加）。經鋼包底部吹氬攪拌，使鋼中氣體和夾雜物充分上浮，并使鋼液的溫度及化學成份均勻，提高鋼水的純凈度，明顯改善鋼的質量。

Calcium Aluminate is produced by burning the raw materials of high grade bauxite and limestone in rotary kiln. Our products have low smelting point,quick smelting speed,quick becoming slag.It can reduce the dust pollution and replaces CaF2 which is used in traditional metallurgical smelting technology,and keep the slag flow good.It can be easy melting in steel-liquid to get of sulphur and phosporus.It’s useful for improving the quality of the steel and keeping good fluidity of slag.

Using:
For the quantity you add ,you could decide this according to technical specification in the steel production .we suggest to add 5-12kg per mitrc ton steel better(you could add the 1/2 quantity of the material as tapping and the remaining added into refining ladle).It make a gas and impurities in steel liquid to float after steel liquid be stirred in refining ladle and uniformize the temperature and the chemical composition of steel liquid, improving the purity and quality of steel liquid.
